Hotel getting a little run down. Second floor carpeting stained pretty bad. Someone set off the fire alarm on the 3rd floor and no one at the hotel could shut it off. Rooms are only cleaned on Sunday, so if you need towels or Linen you have to take your old ones down to the front desk and exchange them.
aweful I have nothing good to say dirty loud ditry......staff looks Unhappy to have to work there even.
I arrive at the hotel pretty late & extremely tired ready to rest only to get in my room to pull back the covers to a dirty bed. Not just strands of hair, but food crumbs & a dirty towel. The attendee quickly came to the room to view the condition & move me to another room. She apologized profusely.
If you don't value sleep stay here The front desk attendant when I first checked in was very friendly and hospitable. However when I went up to my room the carpet in the hallway leading to it was stained and there was an unpleasant odor in hallway. The room was in ok condition as far as cleanliness is concerned which surprised me considering the hallway. I didn't get any sleep that night because the bed was hard and there was too much noise from ppl going back and forth from their rooms slamming doors all through out the nig... read more

A bit disappointed I had to switch rooms since my original room had several inches of back-up in the shower prior to me using any water in the room. Water had been there for a while as it was moldy and black. Tried to call front desk on phone in room but there were no buttons and the receiver did not work. Second room was dirty and needed to be thoroughly cleaned and fixed. Soap scum and hairs in shower. Picture on wall over bed was torn off wall and there were three one-inch holes in wall. Would NOT recommend No was at the desk when we arrived so we wondered the halls for about 10-15 min after reading the sign that said 'knock on house laundry room door if no one is here' with no answer at the door.. Not what we wanted to do after a 3 1/2 hr car ride. I'm sorry, it was AWFUL! This is by far the worst place I have ever stayed. I tried to go in with an open mind, as I used to work in hotel management, and know you cannot make everyone happy all the time, but the filth. Getting off the elevator on the 3rd floor and seeing the carpet was scary to say the least. It caused me to immediately go in the room, pull back the sheets and check for bedbugs. Insane rate increases My husband and I have been living here for over a year and a half after moving from out of state. When we first got here we had only planned on staying a month and thought that it was a blessing to be here after a rough life. We ended up staying much longer then intended but things have been getting increasingly worse. The washer and dryers here have always been under par and cost $2.00 per load but you have to dry a light load 2-3 times. a family of four getaway Not very clean hallways so dirty they are scary no ice machines no extras what so ever. Towels and bedding cheap and rough. Room size very good some updates in rooms more needed. Did not want to spend any time in room. I know you get what you pay for but think no matter what facility could be maintsined better. Would not return EVER
