Gross Hotel Room dirty, Blanket had stains and holes in it and recliner was filty and stained, will never stay there again. Ceilings, wall, & doors need painted.

Don't go there I have never stayed in a hotel or motel that didn't have an ice machine. The back entrance was never cleaned or scrubbed. There was dog urine on the floor at the back door and never cleaned up the whole time we were there(from Saturday to Thursday). There were bits of paper and a sandwich bag laying at the back door and never cleaned up. The towels were not changed every day. The first room they gave us had not even been cleaned .They tried to tell us house keeping missed it.The other one wasn't cleaned very well.Only thing was clean as far as I could tell was the bed, The floors in our room and the hallway were filthy.they look like they had not been shampooed in a very long time maybe a year it was terable.We have stayed there a few times in the past it sure did't look like.Even the door way wood was not clean.I could go on I just not going back.

Not to bad The hotel was close to an area I needed to be in for a school function. There as a huge burn hole in the bed spread, and I thought it was non smoking so this seemed odd. The lady at the front desk was very friendly, and very helpful. It was a good price and over all an ok stay

hated stay ever When in coming calls come the amtomated progrom didnt work and when ask to be tranferred by the operator they al was not helpful and flat out rude to those who was trying to reach me. the last 4 days had to take a cold shower water didn't not heat up after contacting the manger she said maintence person said the water would not heat up all the way to room 308 because it was at the end of the building and they couldn't do anything about it know even didn't offer to move me to a room i could take a hot shower. ... read more

Cheap, bur not very clean Carpets had a lot of stains, dirty pillows, bad mattress. Overall run down.

EH Staff was really nice and helpful, but the hotel itself was eh. From the outside it looks pretty solid...nothing too fancy but not a motel. On the inside it left much to be desired. We were just there to sleep and out for the day but if I had to do anything more than sleep and shower I would have probably complained. It just didn't have a very clean feel. It was very quiet though for having a packed parking lot at night.

Nasty Room. Bad Attitudes. The room was very dirty. Hard, rough towels. The staff was very rude and unprofessional and my room smelled like smoke. I would NEVER stay there again. NEVER.

Never again! I was not happy with the service.There's NO soap/shampoo in the room. Old Stains on the bed and the room smell moldy. I can't get a different room or any thing else from the front desk clerk.''.Sorry, I'm all out'' was her answer to all of my request. I can't even get a tiny soap to wash my hands I had to go buy it and I stay there 3 nights! guess I better go some where else next time.
