I liked the staff, the layout of my room, generally it was quiet. There were coffee stains in the elevator for 4 days, the carpet in the hall was not vacuumed for four days, the building had a little bit of a "smell". The coffee maker dripped no matter how carefully I tried to pour. Someone came through my room (lights turned off, ac settings changed) but it wasn't cleaned etc. Maybe this was all self service but it wasn't clear to me. Overall I would stay again but these things are important.
Amazing! Staff efforts to respond and clear up any concerns are a 10!!

Pro- convenient to shopping and interstate. Cons- The room was mostly clean, bathroom was not- tub and tub walls had hard-dried bath products on them, green in color. Parking was a bit scarce with individuals blocking the drive areas to park with their vehicles and no one responded to complaint. We needed kitchen kits and never received them. Hit with a pet fee that was not listed on website and had not been charged with on 2 other stays.
