close to all must-see sights I was extremely disappointed. When I booked the room I as not informed that the amenities would not be in the room, instead I had to go to the desk to pick them up. when I called the desk the lady was rude and stated I could walk down and get the items. The shower curtain rod was loose and water got all over the wall and floor; which caused our clothes to get wet that were on the back of the toilet. There was no maintenance available at the time to fix it?????
Ghetto hotel in a nice area For a value chain, this particular hotel performed below my expectations. The room had dirty old furniture. The bed featured the cheapest imaginable spring mattress that made sleeping very uncomfortable. No hot breakfast. No hot tub. Bathroom was on the dirty side.

Felt like i am in real cheap hotel..
A little sad The water in the room smelled and the tub was dirty. The front doors lock at midnight, we had to ring bell for a good 5 minutes until someone helped because key entry was broken. Front desk person at midnight was sleeping in the back abd the laundry room that had the only vending machines closes at midnight and re opens at 7am, this was never told to us
Bad bad hotel I make a reservation with double bed room. WhenI was in hotel, the hotel staff told me there was not guarantee double bed room. When I asked him about if hotel still have double bed, he said yes but have to pay extra. We felt this hotel was cheating on us.
I was really disappointed in the condition of the room. The couch had holes in it and the wood floor was duct taped or it appeared to be. I usually get shampoo and conditioner and hand cream at all the places I stay and maybe I am spoiled? But there was none here. There were also no menu's in the room or anything where it tells you who to call for take out. Also there was a horrible smell out in the hall ways on the main floor and also on our floor.
