Room had an awful smell, so bad that when I left my car had an odor from my suitcase. The room didn't fee clean. Staff was friendly. Won't be staying here again.

Disappointed Our rooms were given away and not reserved as stated on my confirmation that I had printed out. After 45 minutes of discussion the front desk clerk found a room the was somewhat comparable to what I had reserved. The continental breakfast was disappointing and was not kept out the hours that are stated on the room that it is served in. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone.

OVERSOLD AND WAS REFUSED MY ROOM Then they took another reservation from Expedia, they sent me back to same hotel and was refused again and blamed expedia.

One of the nastiest hotel I have seen In a long time didn’t think they were around no more but the hotel need to be knock down and rebuild sheet had stains in thm and u had to beg for towels

Not pleased with weed smell, dirt or staff Walked in to check in and first words from Porsche “you need something” no hello or anyhing. I’m a guest checking in a greeting would be nice. Room clearly had not been cleaned. Carpet was filthy , garbage under bed couch behind dresser and urine all around sides of toilet/floor. Towels looked like they were used to wash cars at the car wash. And worst of all my room reeked of marijuana because check and Chong apparently stayed on my floor. Tricky advertising, bad housekeeping & maintenance The hotel room advertised turned out to be a run down ADA accessible room, cramped with no carpet. They switched my room, but there was a cigarette hole in the blanket, trash on the floor, dirty walls, a beat up lampshade, stained sheets, and the door wouldn't bolt.

Dirty Room was very dirty when we checked in

Novi Room was dirty. Wrappers on floor in corner just very dirty. Service was ok. Towels and the grab and go breakfast is bad as well.

Low on amenities Poor TV. Ugly room. You get exactly what you psy for though.
