NEVER AGAIN I checked in late at night and found my room with used towel still hanging on the door. Hair on my bed from previous guest. only one staff on site so I ended up have to change the bed sheet myself. There are still hair allover the so call clean sheet. It's just disgusting and can't believed I had to change the bed sheet by myself. Manager is no where to be found to request for room change. Give me BACK MY REFUND!!
The room was very smoky, clearly someone was smoking in the room. Plus, the closet did not have any hager at all! I could not hang my jacket, dress, etc. The mirror in the bathroom was very dirty. Poor cleaning service.
Trashy place to stay Nothing but truck drivers and contractors drinking beer and smoking at the lobby entrance. No real coffee or breakfast as advertised. Checkin staff were not helpful or nice. Rooms old and beat up.

Not as expected The room was not well maintained. Carpets were filthy and I did not remove my shoes the entire time. Shampoo bottle was 1/4 filled, not new. I was very nervous to get into the bed. I am not a picky person and am not a complainer but we would never stay there again.

This "extended stay" room had a refrigerator, microwave, stove, but any item necessary to use the kitchenette had to be requested from a list and delivered. Any item. There was not one plastic or paper cup anywhere. No coffee maker, no fork or knife, plastic or otherwise, not one dish. You get the idea. NO CUP in the bath to rinse your mouth out after brushing your teeth. One bar of soap for the bath sink, one for the tub, one small shampoo. Nothing else. Room smells bad, worn out, carpenter ants in room Bad smell in room maybe it was to kill the carpenter ants. The room is worn out although the beds slept great. Water pressure is low to take a shower. Don't stay here unless no where else to stay. Not a good hotel for kids and not very clean.
Hotel needs updating , carpet is worn and my first room wasn't clean when I checked in . The second room was just ok . I wouldn't stay there again , to many other hotels in the area to stay in that place . Staff was nice . That's about the nicest thing about my stay .
Definitely low rent. At check-in, you are provided a "menu" of the kitchen supplies you want. Nothing is already in the room, including the coffee maker. The coffee maker makes two cups of luke-warm coffee. There are no hangers in the room. The temperature could not be regulated - it was either too cold or too hot.
