They didnt have ice machines, or a pool. The staff was very rude. Everything we asked was followed with a response with an attitude and It just gave us a really unpleasant experience. Great size room, but I dislike the experience with staff

Never again They never cleaned or gave me new towels my whole week. I pulled a bunch of someone else’s hair out of the tub drain

We arrived at 10pm and we killed 8 stink bugs that we were crawling on both walls, ceiling and in windows. We thaught we had killed them all but 3 more showed up crawling on walls. We called down to front desk and she said she had no bug spray and said had problems with that room prior with bugs. We requested a new room at midnight. When we moved rooms no bugs. Also when we called down to get sheets for sofa bed, as there were none in room, she said we would have to come down and get them as she was the only one at desk. Ver... read more

The hotel room had mold in the bathroom, the drawers were dirty with hairs and dust, the closet didn't have a door just a broken curtain. The room was supposed to be two queen beds, however they were definitely smaller than queen. The security lock on the door would not engage fully. The breakfast was nothing more than prepackaged muffins. There was also a smoke alarm that went off down the hall at about 3am, due to the stove in the room having a rubber gasket that caught on fire....this then prompted the dogs across the hal... read more

Rude customer service Staff was not pleasant during check-in. I arrived at 1am after driving for 6+ hours. Desk staff's appearance was rather disheveled. Was told that computers were doing nightly audit and would be 10 minutes until complete. After waiting 15 minutes audit was still continuing, possibly due to the fact the printer was empty. Informed that it was still running, I asked if it was going to be another 15 minutes. The employee grabbed the computer monitor to turn around and prove that they could not do anything. ... read more

HORRIBLE I HAD BUGS IN MY ROOM AND THEY DIDNT EVEN SWITCH MY ROOM. AMD DIDNT GUVE ME MY MONEY BACK. THIS WAS MY 1st AND LAST STAY HERE.

Tv really sucked channel wouldn’t come in and when it did it wasn’t what it said it was really was a bad night the bathroom light didn’t work

Avoid this location I've stayed with Extended Stay America locations before because my dog accompanies me at times. Friendly staff but poor poor housekeeping and groundskeeping. Trash from previous guest left in my room, dirty dishes left in hallway for several days outside a room not far from mine, trash around the parking lot of the building. I'd avoid this location.
