It is what it is... For the special price, the stay was acceptable. Main complaints are that the bathtub was not cleaned (body hair all over). There is no carpet in the room which wasn't a problem, but it was in bad need of a thorough mopping (sticky spots on the floor near the trash can and kitchenette area). "Free Wifi" is restricted to email only.

Good Stay Had friends in town and made arrangements for them at this hotel. Clean, basic accommodations with kitchen. Good dining options nearby.

I’ve never stayed in an extended stay hotel, so maybe this is normal for this type? Anyway: Pros: The one staff person I met was very nice; the bed was surprisingly comfortable; nice big fridge; room’s fan had a setting that allowed it to run all night. This was important because: Cons: Hotel seemed to use cheap material when they built it because it was very noisy. I could clearly hear the couple arguing in the room next to me (as in their exact words). Once I found the fan setting, that helped to cover the noise. Other c... read more

Great stay! Nice new hotel, very clean, nothing too fancy about it, but I’d stay here again! Good location for business trip, several close food options

Very great place This place was comfortable and very clean. The staff was great...overall the best place I have stayed in since I've been booking and the price is amazing

Less than average hotel The hotel is new, so the rooms and beds are pretty good. However, the entire time I was there. The hot water was warm at best. I called the front desk notifying them of the situation, I was told that the hotel was new and there were no problems with the water. Being a interior carpenter, I disassembled the faucet, and checked the scald guard.
