Fair This hotel was very reasonably priced due to its no frills approach to hotel services. The staff was friendly. Since the facility was fairly recently constructed (Oct., 2018) it was still in pretty good condition overall. Room was clean, but perhaps more attention needed to be paid to reaching the corners of the laminate floor surfaces with dust mop. Okay Stay Clean but front desk service lacking. Never around. Bell cart always never to be found and likely in a guest room.

Very nice place in a great area for the price. Cleaning of rooms should be weekly and the two towel limit is strange (you have to pay for more than two) but again the value based on cost is one of the best around.

Give me towels My only problem with Woodspring was the fact that our room got 2 towels. And, if we wanted fresh towels, we had to pay $11. We did a $5 load of laundry instead. Hotel is brand new and very clean. No frills!

New hotel, clean, basic. Room was fine. No ice machine on premises, said I should go to the gas station for ice.

As a value extended stay hotel, we do not charge our guests for amenities offered by more traditional hotels, which allows us to provide you with the best value possible. Inexpensive, new construction need to clean more The price is great. They wait 2 weeks between cleaning. It needs to be more often.
