Multiple billing issues, lack of routine service, and frustrating interactions with some staff made for a stressful stay. Would recommend only if you're looking for no-frills lodging and can be fully self-sufficient.

It is definitely a cheap place to lay your head. If you have low expectations, you’ll be good. But our group slept at the place next door for $100 more and their room wasn’t great. Wouldn’t stay long term.

The room smelled like it had occupied by meth users prior to my stay. I literally had to run to Walmart to buy Fabreeze. I basically emptied the whole can to make it smell decently

Our first room did not lock. The room we got had glas on the floor and beds.

The place was filthy and they couldn’t even make us a card for our room eventually after the sixth time of trying a card and walking back-and-forth from the hotel front desk to the room, they just walked us to our room with a master key and let us in after that I called and said this is unacceptable and it is a safety issue and how can I come and go easily Without a Key for my room. The lady simply stated sorry the machine is broken

Hotel overbooked and gave away the room I reserved. The lady that checked me in was beyond unhelpful and it was one of the worst customer service experiences I have had. Breakfast is nothing but weak coffee and NutriGrain bars.

Exactly what you'd expect for 60$ .. smelled like weed, counter staff was very incompetent and not helpful. Continental breakfast in morning was incomplete and lack luster. It was somewhere to sleep. I'll never go back

The lobby, hallways and elevator smelled like smoke. The room also smelled strange - bad, but not smoke. We had to run the fan just to keep the smell tolerable. We thought we would avoid the elevator by taking the stairs, but the stairwells smelled like crap (literally). The WiFi worked one night, but not the next, with repeated attempts to log in only to see 'Form error' show up on the screen.
