We were triple charged and also sold rooms to us that were not clean so we were turned away but still charged.

The staff was very friendly at check in. There was a problem with the payment but the lady at the counter was very helpful and figured it out. The hotel itself was pretty bad. The entire hotel smelled like spaghetti. The room smelled like cigarettes and the pillows also had a terrible smell to them. I don’t think I’ll be staying there again

Way too expensive for what it was and what I needed.

Thank you next Just don’t. The first room I was provided didn’t have a charging station or working tub or shower. I requested a new room. It was improved however noise from the road and other people kept me awake all night. Lots of areas to improve.
This property is for people that are staying long term and not meant for short stays. Every time we walked through the property we found vomit. Twice in the elevator, and once in the hallway. We stayed less then 12 hours in total. Not family friendly and I do not recommend at all.
I am very disappointed in my stay at WoodSpring Suites. While I knew the hotel was pet-friendly, the smell throughout the hotel, the stairs, and halls was overwhelming and unpleasant. When we got to our room, there was stuff on the shower floor (Took photos), there was a hole in the bathroom door, and the fridge had a broken bottom that caused it to tilt, and the inside smelled and was also broken and ruined the leftovers we had in there.
