Well it was a surprise to me - There are no coffee pots, paper/plastic cups, or irons in the rooms even though there is a microwave. The staff is only available from 7 am -10 pm to provide access to the irons. The morning person was over 15 minutes late, so I was late to my meeting. My error was that since I needed to iron a shirt and I did not realize there was no iron available in the laundry space until after 10, I could not do it the night before. The plus, it was cheap and clean.

Unhappy Customer The hotel has a scent in the hallways and room. I was not assigned the room I originally requested weeks in advance. There was a dog barking in the room across from me for hours between 5am and 7am. I ended up leaving the room hours early to get away from the loud barking. I had to rest in my car. It was not communicated or stated anywhere that we must use the same towel for 7 days, and that the room would not be cleaned and sheets would not be changed for seven days. Are we living in third world. Office close after dark, staff are rude

Had 1 bath mat, 2 bath towels & 2 face cloths. Charged ~$12 for new linens. Paid $2.99 for internet that didnt work in room even after calling tech support twice. Front desk staff was MIA most-times. Room floors were dirty.
