Big NO for Business/Official Trip. Do NOT book this hotel if you are on a business trip. 1. They do no have enough staff. Front office guys are maintenance, house keeping all-in-one staffs who looks very much exhausted . I was late checkin at 10pm, waited outside Hotel to get into Lobby as they have double gated entry. 2. If you need a fresh towels, you need to purchase the "linen exchange program" which sounded funny. And also you need to bring down the dirty towels yourself to the main lobby to get fresh ones. 2.
