Where is the desk clerk? There was no one at the desk when we checked in. There was a number to call for assistance but no one answered. Two other staff members happen to come by. They attempted to contact the person that was supposed to be at the desk. They could not reach that person either. We got Our first room on the 1st floor because the elevator was broken and had luggage to carry. That room, although it had just been cleaned, smelled so bad of cat urine that we couldn’t stay in it. Our next room was in the 3rd floor. It was clean and smelled fine. The baseboards were all pulled off due to a flood ?? On the third floor? And the mattress was so horrible! It was lumpy and felt very worn out. We were supposed to come back a few days later but canceled those reservations.

Unprofessional staff.my reservation was actually canceled.the staff member called me one time,left no voicemail and canceled my reservation.then when I arrived said they were full and there was nothing he could do

Uncomfortable stay The surrounding area was very loud all night. People in the parking lot and people above our room.

This is the worst place we have ever stayed. We were on the 4th floor and there were people yelling and screaiming all night. Kids banging on doors and making noise until well past 1am. I would not recommend this loation to my worst enemy!!!!!!!!!!! Don`t stay here!!!!!!!!!!!
