what a waste well , this is how you take a shiney new place and make it crappy . room not available by 3 pm check in time . EXTREMELY noisey , elephants upstairs ?/?????????? COULD NOT HAVE PUT IN NOISE SOUND PROOF WINDOW AND A WALL NEXT TO FREEWAY opps , 2 TOWELS ????????????????? NO tissues ??????? nonexistent coffee maker !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! It was not communicated or stated anywhere that we must use the same towel for 7 days, and that the room would not be cleaned and sheets would not be changed for seven days. Are we living in third world. Office close after dark, staff are rude

Had 1 bath mat, 2 bath towels & 2 face cloths. Charged ~$12 for new linens. Paid $2.99 for internet that didnt work in room even after calling tech support twice. Front desk staff was MIA most-times. Room floors were dirty.

Newer hotel, but is already not well-kept. We really hate to leave any negative feedback, but we have to with this hotel. Our family regularly travels, but after our stay at WoodSpring, we canceled future bookings we had with the hotel chain. This WoodSpring hotel looks newer, but is already not being well-kept. Our room on the first floor was filthy with many nail clippings, etc.... Hair was found on shower curtain, drain, etc... Extra costs are not in plain sight online or at check-out. To receive fresh linens, TP, etc... ... read more

Hotel? More like Farm House This “hotel” was absolutely disgusting! Upon arriving at 8pm (apparently this is considered an after hours check in) we were greeted by no one. Why? The front desk was closed and we couldn’t enter the hotel. Instead, we had to use the “lobby” phone and dial a number to reach a customer service line that tells the hotel night staff to come allow us in the building to check in. Bare minimum Rude staff, wrinkled cheap towels, thin pillows, thin walls. Never again.

Maybe if you need an economical place by the week. Rooms okay but no so appropriate for business travel, looked more like temporary housing for homeless or transitional families. Rooms more or less clean but common areas dirty. Food, dust, debris in hallways, elevators.

Not what I expected. Pros: Check-in staff friendly, room immaculate, brand new full size refrigerator and microwave; and the grounds are spot-less. Cons: Very noisy with doors slamming an dogs barking. Although guests do try to be considerate. My major complaint was with the heating which is on the wall, exceptionally noisy and wasn't working properly.
