Never use hotels.com I left a previous review: this whole experience sucked. I wish I could get some kind of refund!

Well it was a surprise to me - There are no coffee pots, paper/plastic cups, or irons in the rooms even though there is a microwave. The staff is only available from 7 am -10 pm to provide access to the irons. The morning person was over 15 minutes late, so I was late to my meeting. My error was that since I needed to iron a shirt and I did not realize there was no iron available in the laundry space until after 10, I could not do it the night before. The plus, it was cheap and clean.

Unhappy Customer The hotel has a scent in the hallways and room. I was not assigned the room I originally requested weeks in advance. There was a dog barking in the room across from me for hours between 5am and 7am. I ended up leaving the room hours early to get away from the loud barking. I had to rest in my car. The hotel did not follow up with me regarding a refund for the adjustment to my stay. They suggested I contact Hotels.com. Hotels.com suggest I contact the hotel.
