Bare minimum Rude staff, wrinkled cheap towels, thin pillows, thin walls. Never again.

Maybe if you need an economical place by the week. Rooms okay but no so appropriate for business travel, looked more like temporary housing for homeless or transitional families. Rooms more or less clean but common areas dirty. Food, dust, debris in hallways, elevators.

Not what I expected. Pros: Check-in staff friendly, room immaculate, brand new full size refrigerator and microwave; and the grounds are spot-less. Cons: Very noisy with doors slamming an dogs barking. Although guests do try to be considerate. My major complaint was with the heating which is on the wall, exceptionally noisy and wasn't working properly. Big NO for Business/Official Trip. Do NOT book this hotel if you are on a business trip. 1. They do no have enough staff. Front office guys are maintenance, house keeping all-in-one staffs who looks very much exhausted . I was late checkin at 10pm, waited outside Hotel to get into Lobby as they have double gated entry. 2. If you need a fresh towels, you need to purchase the "linen exchange program" which sounded funny. And also you need to bring down the dirty towels yourself to the main lobby to get fresh ones. 2.
