Please understand that when the description says “1-star”, it literally means 1 star. There is no sound deadening and you can hear absolutely everything from all rooms surrounding you: above, side by side, below. The facility is secured via the room keys, but I have come to find out the hotel staff does not stay the entire night. This means that any issues will have to wait until the morning. I highly do not suggest staying here unless you are on a budget.

I've been staying here for a week while waiting on my house. I'm on the 1st floor and my neighbors above me are a nightmare. I've reached out to staff regarding my upstairs neighbors who have "WWE matches" day and night. I've been tolerant for the first 4 days before I even made a complaint. I understand that there will be some noise from families with children, but this is excessive. I started documenting the noise last night. I came to here due to the website showing what looked like nice rooms. I walked in and it smelled very clean and looked very clean. The staff was alright got the job done. I got to the room it looked good at first until we found a giant glob of hair on the ground. Then a few minutes later we found more on the edge of the bed and a pile of dirt on the floor. The bed was also broken. Overall i was very disappointed in the hotel and requested my refund
