Stay Away It literally took an hour for my check in between waiting for the staff to get to the desk and then computer issues. Then I asked to be close to the main entrance and she put me at the end of the hallway as far from the entrance as possible. Hallways dirty. Police had to come for some one shouting. Just a horrible experience

The worst. I tried to change my room but the gave me room 317. Pulled back the thin covers and the bed had been remade with the same linen from previous people. Disgusting so i went back to mine. You can hear every sound from the room next door. They were loud all night. Kids played and cried the whole damn time which is why i tried to move. Check-In Problems I tried to check in 8 pm. No one was in the office or reception area. When I called the number the call went to voicemail. After waiting 10 minutes I called again the call went to voicemail but the voicemail was full and I couldn't leave a message. Finally, after 20 minutes someone came to the front desk and I was able to check-in.

Room hadn't been cleaned from night before. A maid had to stay late to turn it because the one that was supposed to checked it off and left for the day without cleaning. Those that helped were great, but this cause a significant delay at check in.

Hot water issues, very slow internet service even if you pay for the “premium” speed, the house keeping service is every two weeks but you never get it. The price is accesible in comparison with another hotels, but it is not a pretext to have deficiencies in the service.
