Upset customer. The shower curtain smelled like urine, there was food left in the microwave and the floor was sticky. I've stayed in this motel several times with other family members. I will not return to this facility. It has went down hill in the last few years even with the remodel.

Hotel staff was rude. They have a rule "no towels after 8 PM". Guests should have towels whenever they like.

My Stay in Detroit I like maid service everyday. I like clean towels everyday. I like more than muffins, fruit and a granola bar for breakfast. Smell of fried chicken okay but kids running the halls at 11 p.m. not okay. It was fine but I would prefer the above.

OK Stay. I was here for a Fishing Tournament in St Clair Shores for 3 days so convenience was a big factor. The location was great, restaurants were very close and the hotel was OK. I might stay there again, the room needs updating, it was clean with a friendly staff, but the room above me, I stayed on the 2nd floor and all night long, I don't know if it was construction or a very active person, but they were jumping , pounding, moving all around and the vacuum cleaner started going off around 3:00am till 4:30 am both nights... read more
