Extended Stay - Roseville, MI Most hotels supply things like shampoo and conditioner. This hotel does not and you only get cleaning service if you stay a week or longer. You have to return your dirty towels to the front counter to get clean ones. Also, the front counter is not open 24/7, it closes at 11:00 pm. What if you have a problem after 11:00, what do you do and who do you call?
Good price and close by our travels. Simple and nice. Friendly staff. Clean and comfortable for the night stay.
Dirty dishes Dirty dishes were left in the cabinet from the previous patrons. Also, water was leaking inside the refrigerator. Otherwise, the price was a good value. Carpet had not been vacuumed.
Old but Okay! Easy check in! Nice Staff! room clean and stocked. It is an older hotel, but that's fine. You can walk across the parking lot & eat at Famous Dave's BBQ or cross the street and eat at The Texas Roadhouse! Plus lots of other restaurants close by! It is located in the city, but it wasn't intimidating. Located right off the expressway as well. What more can you ask!
Excellent Value We stayed at this hotel because of it's location to a hospital where my wife received surgery on her back. While the hotel was not brand new, it more than met our needs for the reason we chose it. It was clean and well equipped. Staff was very friendly and courteous .Considering the very reasonable price we paid I would consider it an excellent value
Very nice and cozy. The one thing I love about Extended Stay is the kitchen. This made the trip more affordable since I did not have to go to a restaurant for every meal.
not impressed Extended Stay thought it was a reputable enough company, but it was an older building, no ammenities.. if i would have spent a little more time searching, i'm sure i could have found something nicer.
Good value Pretty basic amenities. Clean and Cheap.
