Better than camping in a tent

I came at midnight and there was no one at the front counter or any staff around. The lobby was emptied and no staff walking around to assist anyone. I called the customer service line 3 times and the guys on the phone couldn’t no get hold of any staff and give us our key room. The whole thing was weird and I’m in process of getting my money back. If you can avoid this place the best thing to do is go to the holiday in. I had to leave and go get another hotel room down the street.

No soap in room, no water cups in the room. I had to go to the front desk to request both, I got the soap but told that they don't supply cups or glasses. Water faucet for the face bowl leaked around the base of the fixture. The hot water tap for the face bowl did'nt work. The water drainage in the bathtub was very slow. I had to run addtional water to drain the soap scum from the tub. Room windows were cracked open and was difficult to close. No desk service from 10:00 pm until 10:00 am the next day. A little confused but the stay was ok. The toom had leftover food from a previous guest. The room obviously was used by a guest who had pets because the chair was scratched up We never got fresh towels Monday so we had to use the same towels from our check in. Our room 2as right next to the lobby and it was quite noisy and children were running up and sown the hall. Front desk seems to close overnight and we tried to call asking for things we needed. The staff (or lack of) were not too helpful. They had paper towels in the kitchenette, no tissue paper, no iron or hair dryer in the room. The had no staff at the front desk most of the time and it was difficult getting back into the hotel at night. The hotel reeked of marijuana although it's supposed to be smoke free.

This was the worst experience ever. No one card worked. The attendant was available. The room floors was dirty.
