NEVER AGAIN. DO NOT STAY HERE Horrible. the beds had bedbugs, room not vaccumed, microwave & refrigerator were disgustingly dirty, old toys under the bed, smelled like marijuana, no garbage bags, every little thing costs (extra towels, dinnerware, cookware) OVERALL, THIS PLACE IS HORRIBLE. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY HERE

No remote in room microwave still dinner trash under the bed no dishes in room

It was very dirty and very loud and the staff wjere very rude

The attendant took 20 minutes to answer the door. Several guests left. The elevator was broken. The room had the odor of the previous occupants.

There was no one on duty to let us in/ check us in! We had to leave and find a different hotel. I'm getting my money back.

Do Not Stay Here! This is a horrible hotel and should not be offered by Hotels.com. It was so bad my son would not stay there and moved to another hotel. The hotel is trying to charge for 3 nights.

Beware they give personal info away I don’t want to mention names because I do have the names but someone at the front desk gave my personal information away to a stalker of my boyfriends. He has a personal protection order on her and when she called the front desk gave away my name who he was with and the truck I was driving. Like who does this it’s extremely on safe. I will never come back to this location again and will be reaching out for further assistance. Then the room this time was disgusting. Stuff all under the bed... read more

Everything was good except for they put us on the third floor and the elevator did not go down from the third floor. The button on the third floor is broken. I had an elderly sister with me and lots of luggage and it was a pain. The elevator would go up to the third, but you couldn’t call it from the third floor to come up and get you so I’d go down to the second floor get on it and go up to the third floor to check out.
