Awful Hotel Paid for a nonsmoking room and they try to put me in a smoking room. Claiming they had no nonsmoking lefts unless I paid extra for a bigger room .

Not very cleanly and conditions were poor

Outdated system, nobody at the front I booked with Expedia got there waited for an hour and they still didn’t have my booking even though I showed them proof. I left and drove all the way home and now won’t give me a refund. Terrible service! Outdated system waiting for faxes and wouldn’t call Expedia or check their computers!

Take your money elsewhere I've stayed in a few Extended Stays over the years and this is not one of the pleasant ones. Everything in my room was broken, falling apart, or just plain dirty. Yellow stains on the cabinet doors, broken switches on the lamps, children's toys under the bed, no roller for the toilet paper, no hot water. I could go on and on and on. Also, the 'grab n' go' breakfast is nothing but carbs. There's nothing healthy at all.
