Poor Maintenance Unpleasant Stay First we weren't acknowledge by clerk when we walked in had to wait a while to be helped. When we finally checked in the clerk informed us that there were two rooms available however she had to check if they were clean. We had to wait in the lobby standing with our bags because there are not enough seats in the waiting area. There was one chair which was occupied. She came back and only one room was clean. The non-smoking rooms are located in a hallway that smells like smoke. Stale smell and a one inch gap under the door. I had to use a towel to block out noise and smells. The air conditioning smelled like vomit. I was too tired to move my room.

Terrible place. Might even have bed bugs. Woke up with two insect bites behind my neck. There was constant noise from something behind the wall.

Room was not up to expectations by any means. The pictures on the website are very misleading.

Hotel is run down and needs refurbishing. Hotels needs an upgrade. Was in a non smoking room but the room had some kind of musky odor. carpets, bathtub and most of the room looks run down. Not the same quality of other Extended Stays. I wont be staying there again nor having in of my clients in town stay there either. Also, when I went to get into the bed and my foot stepped on a an empty condom wrapper. went to get the grab and go breakfast. Most of the food bins were empty.
