Inconvenient, not comfortable, smells like smoke The room was ok, and service was not provided since it wasn't a stay longer than 7 days. This was an inconvenience to always have to go to the front desk to request items. Even though it was a non-smoking room, you could smell the smoke everywhere.

The floor in the kitchen and bathroom were sticky. There was only 1 towel in the room and the bedspread needs to be replaced - old stains & dingy looking. Was disappointed no coffee maker in room or any ice machines in the hotel.

Horrible hotel!.. Dirty and bad service!! Slow check in.. No toilet paper in room. I asked for it, but never was delivered!!.. The tub was super dirty wow.. I guess the cleaning lady did not care for it. Lamps nect to bed were not working!! Just horrible.

Hotel is ok for only one night stand In Emergency Terrible experience. No house keeping. Need to pay for house keeping. Breakfast is for fasting. Nothing to eat except muffin. You will get kitchen utensils for cooking food. You need to go and beg for new towels at the reception everyday. You get washed towels only after you return old towels. It looks like they are doing favour on you after you pay $150/ night. The internet sucks and you need to pay extra for higher speeds. This was my first bad experience in extended stay. ... read more

Cleanliness of room This time the bath tub wad dirty, the hair dryer was not working, the night lamp did not work.

Run down The hotel is run down. Everything inside is old. One set of towels for 2 people.

Horrible They don't even come to clean your room, there's no shampoo. Do not recommend this place to anyone.
