Did not like the system at the hotel Had to wait 30 mins at the reception before some came to check in . They don’t have drinking water in the room. Need to go out of the room and buy from vending machine.may not opt again.grab and go breakfast is very awful . The rooms were meet and tidy though

Not so happy honeymoon Saturday night was when we stayed after our wedding. We check in and they then tell us that they do not and will not except cash from us even though they had a card on file. We then had to leave and go find and buy a visa gift card instead of beginning our honeymoon. Finally we come back and get checked in we get up to our room and realize we need an additional pillow so we called the front desk. Gross The bathroom had waste in it when we first came in. The bed was very uncomfortable. Did not stay long.

When I arrived the front desk said there weren’t anymore rooms available and did not honor my reservation. I drove 30 minutes out of my way to waste my time.

Horrible Experience The absolute worst experience i have ever had at a hotel. Staff was rude. Filthy place. Wrong type of room, poor cleaning. Out of thousands of hotels I’ve stayed at. This is the absolute worst

The first room I was given had condoms and used underwear in the dresser draw, along with a half empty alcohol bottle on the table. Clearly the room was not cleaned before it was rented out. After complaining to the front desk I was assigned a second room. This room was missing a chair and no remote control for the TV. I was willing to ignore till upon removing the bed cover I found bugs in the bed. This hotel is in SERIOUS need of upgrading. The furniture was scarred and chipped. There was no clock-radio in the room. The comforters had noticable stains on them. Housekeeping needs to do a more thorough job when cleaning the room. There is no excuse for there to be what i believe to be ketchup smeared on the faucet handle or for there to be hair on the bathroom wall. They also claim to offer breakfast. HORRIBLE HOTEL!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! HOTEL HAD ROARCHES CRAWLING ON THE FURNITURE. bathroom broken tile and bathroom tub leaked water all night. Only 15 channels. Huge brown stains on the bed sheets. Needed vaccuming. Furniture water old chipped and paint and stain going off.
