Bad Experience As you walk in to small lobby the first thing you encounter is a the thick smell of cigarette smoke. Front desk lady was fine just slow. The room smelled like curried rice, the AC didn’t cool the room at all and there was no shampoo, conditioner or lotion. However, there was a 1/2 used, lid still open, small bottle of body wash. Very bad hotel and experience.

Horrible stay at a usually dependable chain I asked for a non-smoking room. They gave me a smokers room and didn't have anything else available. The room and furniture smelled horrible. I tried everything to alleviate the smoke, and nothing. The rate would have been crazy had I changed hotels. There was also a yapping dog somewhere on the floor that barked most of the day. The staff did not seem concerned nor did they do anything to correct the issue.

Business travel Ended up in a smoking room. Not clean. It was not a good week!

Not the best place to stay This hotel is just a little downtrodden and tired. The staff was a very friendly. Areas in the interior smelled like smoke though my room did not. It seemed clean enough all of the cleaning staff missed some trash down the crack behind the bed. The furniture in the room showed some wear and tear.

The hotel is better suited for is its name Extended Stay as a day-to-day hotel it falls short ask for coffee maker in room and was handed one that was broken. Also the lazy boy chair was broken. The breakfast that they serve consist of coffee muffins and breakfast bars and instant oatmeal.

Like they say...you get what you pay for...at least at this "hotel". The place (and my non-smoking room) smelled like years of smoke and neglect. Desk staff was friendly, but will never be staying at Extended Stay if this run down property is typical.

NEVER AGAIN‼️ The place was nice but they accused me of smoking in a non smoking room when I made it a point to smoke outside the hotel every single time. I chose non smoking room because my girlfriend does not like the smell of smoke. So they went ahead and tried to charge my card $250 for that but when that amount didn't work they took $100 without even telling me. I found out via email from my credit card company! Find somewhere else to stay I have never stayed at a hotel this dirty and in bad condition. The furniture was peeling and busted up. The wood was chipped and ripped off of surfaces. Carpet was filthy. The room looked like it was prepped for a renovation about to happen. Was given a smoking room even though I paid for a non smoking room.
