Satisfied customer Stay was good. Hotel was cleanly, staff was nice. The bed was uncomfortable but not too bad. Would recommend bringing or picking up breakfast because there were not many options. Good coffee though.
Other than the staff, terrible customer service and smart ass attitude, specially from the black lady who told her coworker-: here u handle it, I can’t deal “with this one “ (meaning me) because I asked her what was the square footage of the room. She looked at me like I was crazy to ask that kind of question. Then she looks at me like a little kid and asked how old are you cause we can only rent to 21 and over and responded with. Enjoyed the hanicap access
Excelente, the staff was great very king and helpful. Clean room,walking distance to restaurants and close to airport. would definitely recommend this hotel.
Great spot to unwind and live like you are at home. I really appreciate the privacy that was extended to my family and my family during our stay. Night staff was a little dry, but overall service was exceptional. The location was very centralized to the greater El Paso area. There are great places to shop, eat, and even sight see. I would recommend this establishment to my friends and family.
