Mi televisión sin cable, se solicita a recepción su arreglo y se les olvidó. Nunca pude conectarme a internet por wi-fi y en recepción no pudieron ayudar

non-smoking and smells weed!! so bad experience!

Not very happy!!! The room was clean and spacious but the bathroom only had half a roll of toilet paper. I asked one of the ladies that I saw outside that was a housekeeper if there was a way I could get another roll of paper and she stated sure and asked what room we were in. Needless to say no one ever brought us another roll of tissue paper which was very disappointing. We booked the room for 2 nights and housekeeping never went in to make the bed or empty the garbage, I think the only thing they did was add more towels b... read more

Like: close to the airport. Dislike: poor lighting. No place to put anything in the bathroom. Hair in the sink that was definitely not mine. On check in I was told they would get me a cab in the morning. Not true. I would have been later for my flight if it weren’t for a couple of people who offered to share their Uber ride with me to the airport. Next time I will pay more and get something better. I guess it’s true that you get what you pay for.

The first two rooms had not had maid service . The third room looked good, so I unpacked all my stuff and went to find dinner. I came back to the room, put stuff in the fridge, spent some time online, and about 930 I went to use the bathroom, only to discover the toilet was missing part of the guts and the P-trap on the sink Was gone. It was too late to find another accommodation or I would’ve laughed at that point. Or use the toilet by reaching down inside the tank with my hand to flush it. El peor hotel a través de Expedia en el que nos hemos quedado. Llegamos de noche al hotel y nos tuvieron como 20 minutos esperando antes de que nos atendiera alguien. El hotel era para no fumadores, pero las habitaciones olían muchísimo a cigarro. Supuestamente había desayuno incluido pero este era un café y un panecillo. En las escaleras los basureros estaban llenos de basura (parecería que no hubieran limpiado en varios días) y en el refrigerador había comida de otros inquilinos.
