The tub spout continually dripped. There were gnats in the room. No ice machine on premises Some light fixtures were not working

The staff was very friendly but something I didn’t like was how the room wasn’t even clean. We found socks underneath the sink and the microwave was super dirty. Overall, the room wasn’t clean.

Location is plus. But this is not a hotel its a motel and doesn't deserve a 2*. Very poorly maintained carpet with stains all over and full of dust. Bed was also full of dust and itchy. Housekeeping replaced sheets and towels on request but didn't clean the dust off of carpet.

We stayed here a year ago and it was nice but has really gone down. Although our room appeared clean, things are worn out: towels frayed, laminate flooring pealing, bed sprung, TV reception terrible. The outside of the property was filthy. Cigarette butts everywhere, walkways dirty, leaking trash cans, and trash left on the stairs for the whole time we were there which attracted feral cat fights all night long.

Bathroom door lock was broken, coax cable to tv from 2002 was loose which gave a poor screen resolution. Only one trash can provided in the bathroom the size of a lunch pale. Price was not equivalent to quality of room.
