They charged me 7 dollars more for doing the check inn they did not respect the price

Not Too Good Although some of the clerks were courteous, they weren't overly helpful. Sunday morning clerk was downright rude. Was on his cell phone all the time I was transacting business, didn't talk to me and literally threw my receipt at me and walked away. Seemed "put out" for asking for service. Sheets on the bed seemed to have been slept in, refrigerator froze our food. Not a good stay. I would .not stay there again or recommend Extended Stay.

Really disappointed in this property. The floors were filthy. So were the linens. There were hairs everywhere in the room. The tub faucet leaked all night and the door to the room didn't actually close completely. There was about an eighth inch gap around the edge that actually let in light. The "breakfast" in the morning was nothing more than muffins and granola bars. To top it all off, the staff was slow and rude. I cannot recommend this hotel to anyone.

So bad!! They don’t respect my reservation after 10 hours driving expecting to sleep and rest, but no way, NOTHING!

Hotel was horrible. The room smelt, it didn’t feel clean, no elevators were available due to a power outage three days prior

The room had a horrible smell, there was trash overflowing in the bins in the staircase and the room was dirty with no lamps.

Duty batroom and bedroom..........................
Windy in El Paso Checking in the person seems clueless. When I got to the room it had no power. Went back to the same person went oh yeah there working on it. Put me in another room with no power and no TV service.
