I was very dissatisfied with my stay. The room was dirty and the towels smelled horrible. I woke up with bites all over my arms and management refused to assist me. I will be contacting Their corporate office

awful service Lady at the front desk, horrible attitude. Didn’t respect my reservation. And I called before to confirm and she said yes it was confirmed, once I get there she said they were full!! Awful attitude from her!

Half filed soda bottle right outside room door with used cigarettes floating in it. Dirty rag next to that. Sheets were wrinkled and looked like they’d been slept on in both beds, was a non-smoking room but smelled strongly of smoke. Found a cigarette lighter under one of the beds. The whole place was just gross and we felt extremely uncomfortable. I wish we hadn’t spent the money on it.

Roim was small plus fridge didnt work right and heater dudnt work

We arrived to a dirty room... only other room available was dirty as well. Had to find new hotel. Disgusting and gross

The room was dirty and the sheets were stained, the front staff was not very friendly at all
