Bad customer service Place was overbooked and the staff was very unhelpful. Adamantly said sorry, we are sold out and your reservation is not valid! While it was valid. Counter staff needs some customer service training

Nasty carpets and room below standard. Commode seat broken - I felt uncomfortable there

Don’t pick your hotel cause it’s near the airport. The room smelled musty and it was very noisy. There was a dog in there recently because my eyes swell shut from the pet hair. Luckily I had my allergy medicine.

Toilet was unclean. Room carpet is dirty. Hole in the wall. Overall place is not maintained well.

Asked for non smoking room but the smell wss that of smoke, the bed was broken and uncomfortable, when showering the water would not drain properly and just the look of a run down hotel room was clear.

Hotel staff would NOT honor orbitz price upon checkin. Staff was VERY rude and said “take it or leave”. We stayed one night only since it was almost 1100 pm upon check in and had no other options. Staff member said there was absolutely nothing she could do about price, but DID call the manager of the property, who called my room around midnight to threaten me with an eviction from the police for being rude to his staff when he was NEVER present and did not see his OWN staffs behavior. Very hard beds, no hotel cleanliness, breakfast was only coffee and snacks. Hotel keys did not work at times.
