Falta de higiene en las habitaciones El lugar se encontraba muy sucio, falta de higiene, llame para pedir que me cambiaran la habitacion y la persona de recepcion no fue muy amable, al final me cambiaron la habitacion pero no descanse a gusto por todo lo que habia encontrado en la otra habitacion, es vergonzoso describirlo por este medio. Quizas en un medio mas privado podria dar detalles en caso de que se requiera.

There was no hot water, the room smelled like a boys locker room.

Not hot water!!! Expedia promesed FULL Breakfast , they mentioned waffles, eggs , etc. We got muffin and coffee ☹️

Very shady property. Upon check in, multiple people were outside the the parking lot and on the balcony floors drinking and being loud. I used Expedia to book and had already been charged for the room or I would have found another motel. The beds were uncomfortable and there were beer bottle caps on the floor of the room upon entrance. Don't waste you money on this place!

This was my second stay here. Carpets and furniture are filthy. Way below standards. The key card system is the cheapest on the market so count on making repeated trips back down the stairs with your luggage to have you card key reprogrammed. And you make a comment about it the manager wants to FIGHT about it. Ridiculous, I stay for a week at a time in El Paso and I won't stay here again. Pity.
