Need to work on your building Service was good but rooom had some small issues.... ac not cold enough, restroom water sink dripping all the time , tv volume not good and I ask a room on the first floor or by the elevator and got denied.

We arrived at the hotel around 2:15pm. Check in was at 3pm. They said if I wanted to check in early I needed to pay an extra $25. I said no thank you and had my friend pick me up. We came back to check in around 5:15pm and they still did not have me a room ready. On the website it said full breakfast. When we checked in they said no it was a grab and go. When I went to check in they told me that they had no more rooms. It took me hours before I could find another hotel. It was a horrible experience for my daughter and i.

far to much noise all night , yelling, car noise etc will not book never again

You won’t want to stay extended!! Awful! Lobby was closed when I got there. Front desk was very unprofessional and unorganized. Unsafe place. Room smelled. Tv was fuzzy. WiFi was almost nonexistent. Go elsewhere!!

TV was fuzzy at best. The staff seemed not interested in solving this issue. Even the lobby TV was fuzzy. The room smelled like a smoker had baracaded themselves in for a week. The towels did not smell clean. I wouldn't recommend this hotel to anyone.

Awful service I go to check in and the staff tells me that there is no more rooms available. I had called in to the hotel a few hours before showing up and verified my reservation was good to go. Not only was the staff at the hotel useless but so was the customer service people from expedia. This will be the last time I ever book through expedia.
