The staff was not very inviting. They also did not tell me where I should go to get to my room or about the breakfast, etc. I basically had to figure out everything on my own. Also the 2nd night the people above me were very noisy til 3-4 am after that I finally could fall asleep for a few hours since my kids woke up early.

Hair had to be removed from the shower drain and sink drain. There were food crumbs and waste still scattered about the kitchen and throughout the refrigerator. It was obvious that the room had not been cleaned thoroughly which is not acceptable. When these issues were brought to the workers at the front desk they were not interested at all. They just said that their manager wasn’t there today. I am expecting a call from the manager today but that has not happened yet.

I’ve stayed here many times over the last 3 years but seems like each time it gets worse. . 1. There was drunk Mexicans standing around by cars and doors and made it feel unsafe. 2. They came in around 2 AM and was loud next door waking you up. 3. The dog next door barked ALL night LONG. 4. The halls smelt of nothing but pure weed. It will be my last time staying there as I didn’t feel safe.
Not recommended for any sort of stay Booked room was not cleaned when checked in. Looked as if someone was squatting in the room. Night clerk, Chris, was very helpful. Few other rooms available so were downgraded to smaller room. Supposed to get discounted rate, not sure at this time whether that has happened. Bathroom sink in downgraded room was clogged with hair and who knows what else. Day clerk (did not get name) was informed. She said it would be looked at but acted disinterested. There was a roach in my room and the front desk person rude and not helpful
