Horrible check in experience. Booked through expedia but front desk could find verification

Mediocre Not very clean, and the drains in the sink and shower backed up.
The room spelled terrible, and the carpet was very worn.

The property was run down. My room was dirty. The carpet smelled. I had no running water for a while. One of the worst places I have ever stayed.

They advertise pet friendly. They called me 2 days before my check in to tell me no pet rooms available for my stay. False advertising!

We are sorry for the inconvenience, we are a pet friendly hotel but unfortunately only have 5 pet friendly rooms on site. As they are all full with long term guests currently we cannot accept reservations with pets until one becomes available.
