3 night stay Worst problem: key cards didn't open front door at night and would only open room door after about 5 minutes of trying. Desk clerk admitted a battery was probably needed in door lock and someone would be called on Monday (The day we checked out). The room (walls & carpet) needed cleaning, the bathtub caulk had mildew, and the television picture quality was terrible. Only thing I could get on short notice I found a fake nail on the floor when I walked in. They didn't clean after my first day. The fixtures were cheap. Standing in the tub made it pop and crack under my 190 pounds.?!?

Worst stay ever! Dirty bathroom and kitchen. Completely stained carpet in room. Broken lamps and bathroom sink. Bad odour in room.

Basic. Room had a full kitchen. Bathroom very small.
No Not great. Bed was stiff and uncomfortable. Other guests were loud & obnoxious. No ice machine as far as I could tell, and no real breakfast! Just granola bars and coffee. There are several other hotels right next door that are bound to be better.

Terrible We were given keys to our room only to find out someone was in it!!! How embarrassing! Then we were given keys to another room and there was someone sleeping in the bed!!!!!! We ran back to the lobby and are demanding our money back!! We were told that nothing must be available and had to walk across the street to another hotel that costed us twice as much! This is ridiculous!!!!!!!!!!
The kitchen and bathroom floors were sticky and the refrigerator made strange noises all night.
Extremely Disappointing The staff were friendly and worked to be helpful with additional items (e.g., blankets, pillows for hideaway) that we needed. However, the room was run down and dirty (e.g., floors in kitchen and bathroom were sticky, black grime in phone cradle). The room also did not smell fresh--we actually went to Walmart and bought a bottle of Febreeze. When we laid down to bed we could hear a dog whining next door--it was clearly alone in the room. Just a step above a flop house I have stayed at an Extended Stay America in the past and it was NOT nearly this bad. I am not a prima donna when it comes to hotel stays and I have stayed at places that I knew based on just the price that it was going to be dive. This price did not prepare me for this bad room. First, I chose this room because I wanted a bit of kitchen so I could have the option of not eating out. The kitchen was completely bare.
