A bad experience all around. We had ants in the room. The phone didn't work to tell the front desk about it. The bathroom door didn't shut correctly or at all. Also, the TV didn't work half of the time. And the bathroom was disgusting.

Have stayed 3 different weeks, Rooms degrade the higher floor your given. NONE of the toilets flush very good, (won't flush a cigarette butt, lol). Rooms are roomy and good layout. With a few exceptions, the staff do not like their job and not very friendly.

The staff was nice. My hotel was close to food places and the freeway. My bed did not have bugs. My bathroom was cleanish. I couldn't hear anyone unless they were right outside my door. I had a full size fridge and microwave. I wasn't comfortable putting bare feet on the floor. The shower had NO pressure. There was smoking of some sort going on in the hallways. There was too much noise with people talking loud until 11 pm. The toilet would not stop running unless we pulled the lid off and adjusted the plunger. We saw a bug crawling across the kitchen floor.

We will NOT stay here again! When we arrived the office was locked. I had to bang on the door for someone to let me in. We had booked a one room suite so we could all stay together. We ended up getting two rooms. They were filthy. One of the hide a beds did not work and they were very dirty. There was zero water pressure in the shower and the sink in the bathroom was super low. The beds were very uncomfortable and we did not sleep well. The parking lot was littered with cigarettes and trash. We will NOT ever stay here again.

Would have been perfect --- if I were filming a horror movie?! Beyond filthy and dated. Disgusting torn carpet, chipped laminate on sinks and counters, dirty cabinets, rusted oven from 1980's. Sheets had stains and beds were falling apart. Front doors were locked at only 8pm, several guests in parking lot smoking weed near no smoking signs. Do not stay here!!!! The door was locked when we got there, staff ran around for 10 mins before checking me in and couldn’t find the person to help me, when did, that person was very rude. Only pillows on one bed, sign before lobby said call before going to lobby, no way to call lobby from room, only got busy signal. When talked to staff, was told they didn’t have any more pillows.
