Slightly outdated hotel in need of update The staff was great. They were spraying for bugs when I arrived, giving the place a chemical smell. The room was fine, a studio with queen bed. The wallpaper was starting to peel and there were small signs that it was showing its age. With a slight remodel and update, it would be an excellent hotel.

what?? no WiFi? All was fine at check in, room looked fine. Spacious, clean. But when I asked front desk for WiFi code, he didn't know it?! Said he'll call someone and call back. Never did..I had planned on doing last minute work before flight and couldn't connect! Blown away, to say the least. I'll be asking for a refund.

Very dirty hard to get to. Way overpriced for the quality of the room. Window treatment was broken. No hair drier no ice machine. Smelled very bad!!!

disappointed We found the room very dingy, and musty, had to go and buy febreeze. We only stayed for 2 nights.

Disappointing I'm not usually picky when on a budget. I figured since I'm getting a kitchen for a pretty low price, probably can't complain too much. But the kitchen had all of one bowl and 2 forks and one butter knife. Plus couple other basics. But when actually trying to make even a small basic meal, I found it difficult. They charge to clean it if you leave it dirty which normally wouldn't bother me to clean, but there were no good cleaning supplies to do so. Disgruntled Although no one ever mentioned it to us ahead of time, the entire first floor was under construction and being repainted. The place was a wreck and the overwhelming paint fumes made my eyes water. When I asked if we could have a room on the second floor, I was told I was getting the last room in the entire hotel, so....no. The room was HUGE and had a full kitchen, fridge, stove, oven, everything. That was the best part. It wen down hill from there. My list of complaints: 1. Ok for the price! but non-smoking?? Room was pretty ok for the price.. my only complaint was that the room was supposed to be non-smoking, but smelled like it had been smoked in. Conveyed that to the front desk staff, and they confirmed it was a non-smoking room but said they couldn't gtee anyone hadn't smoked in there, and mentioned they didn't have a replacement room available. Poor staff, lousy room conditions. I stayed here one Christmas to visit family. At least on this night and day the staff was rude and not friendly. Room was in need of repair. Stains on the couch, room was not too clean. For what I paid, I feel like I should have stayed at a Hotel 8 and it would be an improvement at a fraction the price.
