The hotel smelled like cigarettes and we decided to stay another day but they would not refresh our room and the room was dirty hair in the bathtub leaves and dirt on the carpet no back to the remote

Poor customer service Having stayed at many hotels over the years , I found this facility to be less than desirable. The young staff personnel seemed to lack any training in customer service and appeared to make very little effort in maintaining a clean and pleasant lobby area. They also lacked any knowledge of area and available food services or restaurants. Also there was no ice machine at this hotel and the vending machines gave you warm and melted food products.

Grungy Hotel Kind of run down and dirty. stains on bed cover, walls marked, outside run down, etc.

Pay $20 more for a nicer room. Price to high considering condition. First room floor was soaking wet. Hotel staff kindly moved me to another room. Generally the room was fine, but is some disrepair. Paint and Sheetrock was pealing, light bulbs needed replaced. Generally very noisy. "Free breakfast" was included. It was fine if you like stale muffins, granola bars and oatmeal. Not exaggerating. Only as a last resort It is next to a strip club. The parking area is icy and filthy with clearly, abandonded vehicles. The property has not been well maintained and with its proximity to the strip club, looked like it was one step from a by-the-hour type. The room smelled of smoke despite being a non-smoking room. The toilet seat wasn't attached, and dining chair fell apart in my hand and a nail was sticking out of and TV/desser thing and punctured my hand. Room service We stayed three nights and not once did housekeeping stop by. We had to get our own towels and take the trash out ourselves.

Be Aware of Your Surroundings Family & pet friendly is a JOKE. There are broken and full USED HEROINE NEEDLES IN THE PARKING LOT. There was lubricant covering the room we bought. The front desk was rude about it. We had to CLEAN OUR OWN ROOM. All in all, the stay was HORRIBLE.
