Lousy cleaning staff. Room not serviced. Manager kept saying problem would be taken care of but was not.

Quick business trip Hotel was average in most areas. Room was ok and had nice amenities but had some cleanliness issues. Front desk staff was often away from the desk and did not answer phones on more than one occasion during my trip.

Check for dogs I wasn't informed of a dog show and dealt with dogs barking constantly

It truly was not a very pleasant stay at all. Just not a very clean hotel, the area is less than desirable. A strip club right across the street!!!!

Should have done more research We checked in and the room was literally 80+ degrees! We had to open the window to start to cool it down. The individuals in the next room apparently enjoyed running and slamming into the wall, so we had about 2 hours of this with no one coming to tell them to stop. The room looked like it had only been cleaned half way. One bed wasn't made, it was missing a blanket, and the comforter......just had a sheet on it.
