Wrong room assigned Very bad was made to run from one room to another for no mistake of mine. Had asked for non smoking was given smoking room which was stinking badly. Was given another room no microwave, refrigerator. Stay away from this place.

Not the best hotel in the area by far. This hotel is located right next to a burned down strip club. Lots of transients in the area. The hotel mainly houses workers in Fairbanks, and is not kept very clean. The stairs are covered in pet hair and rocks, not vacuumed in some time. The "breakfast" is an oatmeal packet and a granola bar. The coffee doesn't get put out until 6am.

i like the hotel but the room that we were in wasnt cleaned before we got it because we had some very disturbing items found in the drawer next to the beds.

The bathroom fan sounded like it was going to explode the bed squeked so bad that if you moved your arm it would schreech. After talking to the staff about it they never got back to us until I called again. They ended up transferring us to a new room which the door handle worked half the time. Said there was a hot tub and was not one there

One stay was enough. building shows maintenance has been very deferred. lobby area had plastic trash cans to catch water leaks from ceiling. Room temp was way too hot, even for Fairbanks, Alaska. Had to turn on AC fan to cool off room. Wall thermostat did not appear to work.Mattress definitely has seen better days. Kitchenette was disappointing; completely un-stocked. Had to ask for dishes, utensils, pots/pan, cooking tools to be delivered and they turned out to be skimpy and barely adequate to cook for an "extended stay". B... read more

Should Not Promote Recently Renovated After reading the description on Expedia, I was surprised that their facility and fixtures were so old and worn out. Toilet was brown in the bottom; refrigerator was warm even when turned up to the max temperature. I was disturbed that there was never a front reception staff member behind the lobby desk. horrible horrible. even the tiny pool had a thick black ring around it. trash under bed and chairs in room. gross. phones didnt work. advertised full kitchen, and had no oven. very small. cramped
