The property was clean. Breakfast was poor. It consisted of oatmeal and granola bars. Also, hotel could not store luggage for a few hours.

It’s close to the airport. But that's about the only +ve thing. We didn't get the room we booked and were told there is no guarantee. $170 per night and the property had broken heaters, *everything* in the room smelled of cigarettes (we mistakenly booked a smoking room) The "breakfast" that is included and advertised is a joke. Stay away from this of you can find something else.

The room that were in for the one night that we were in Fairbanks had a very strong odor of wet dogs. I have a dog so I have a higher tolerance of this kind of smell but it was so bad. The toilet also leaked.

requested and paid for queen room, bed seemed like a full and was as hard as sleeping on the floor, center of bed was sunk in

hotel The front staff was often way and didn't answer the phone. The contentiental breakfast that came with the room was nothing more than granola bars

Filthy hotel in general state of disrepair. Rude staff, no breakfast at all served despite being advertised. Lobby bathroom locked an unavailable to guests because of “rampant drug use.” Terrible experience. Avoid at all costs.
