The property is fine there’s no issues at all… But the staffing needs work. I completely understand being overbooked or being booked to the max, I know how the hotel industry works in this regard. But if you were unsure that a room was cleaned and ready for a guest you should not assign the room period. I was assigned a room that was still in the process of being cleaned and was made to wait 45 minutes after I received a key card and went to my room with the full intent of sleeping immediately.

Great option with kitchenette included Nice place for me to stay while making a life transition. Roomy, comfortable bed, and I loved the kitchenette.
