Front desk personnel was excellent, Jamal went out of his way. We left a small cooler next to our car, it was turned in and Jamel remember us and called us to tell us he had it. Excellent

very quiet, friendly staff the only thing that was an issue was taking a shower in the morning and the shower handle was broke. so i took a pic so that i will not be charged for it and no one at the front desk to tell
