Check in was very easy, the overnight clerk was extremely helpful and even spent over an hour with me because we were having issues with running my debit card

It was in a fabulous location, but no coffee maker in the room. Staff was great when checking in and then completely unavailable for rest of stay when needing towels and assistance into the laundry facilities.

The room itself was fine. It was good for what we needed it for. The staff wasn’t the most helpful. I had to ring the bell at the front desk 3 times for someone to help us check in. We tried to call atleast 4 times the morning of check in to see if we could check in early and the front desk phone just rang and rang with no answer. Finally at almost 11am they pick up and told me there was no availability for an early check iN. In check out day there was someone knocking at our door at 945 asking when we would be out. The place is outdated, furniture in room is all scratched. The kitchen counters are coming apart, the exhaust hood and light did not work ,bath room was dirty. I will most likely never stay there again
