Customer service wins The young man at the counter was very polite, courteous and helpful. He tended to all of our request in a timely manner and was very well spoken. Our room wasn't the best and there was an extreme amount of mold in the bathroom. However, the customer service I received from the front desk clerk made it worth it.

Clean Room. No breakfast. Online features a complimentary breakfast. It should be titled “coffee and granola bar” because that’s all there was. I realize it’s an extended stay, but when something is stated as being offered.... a breakfast should consist of at least 3 items. Yogurt, bagel or donut, (and then) granola bars.
