Homeless shelter It was very dirty and unpleasant. As we pulled in around midnight, we were greeted with a group of individuals smoking pot and drinking in the parking lot and as we walked into the hotel it smelled like urine and was very dirty. After checking in, I approached my room to find that my room number that used to be attached to the wall, was laying on the floor. Was not happy with stay.First sent me to a room that was dirty and had not been cleaned with no maid sevice.

Whole lotta thugs Marijuana smell everywhere and loud banging noises from several rooms after midnight. Worst hotel experience in a very long time. Stayed there 8 years ago and it was a positive experience. Thugs have taken over and Management doesn't seem to care.

Not for non smokers The smell was awful smelled of heavy cigarette smoke in the non smoking room, the bathroom door handle was falling off, the tub filled up when each person showered and was very slow to drain, my family needed to use the bathroom when checking in, they had no restrooms they could use and said they would try to hurry to check us in, try telling that to a 7 and 10 year old and they did not rush to check up in. The elevator was loud and sounded like it was about to break down at any time.

It was relatively clean, but not I felt anxiously walking barefoot in the hotel room. When walking in the room smelled really moldy and disgusting.

Close to my Daughters house Needed a close by Hotel that was moderately priced. The Hotel was OK at best. Started with an inconvenience at the front desk, in that the credit card machine did not work. The room was clean. However, there was no coffee machine in the room. Light bulbs were missing from the fixtures. Batteries were dead in remote control. The price was too high for being just an ok clean room. I will pay more and stay in a nicer hotel the next time I'm in town

Disappointing on a few levels Having stayed in an Extended Stay America, I was expecting more value for the money. Here's what I got instead: 1. The phone in the room didn't work. Had to call the front desk from my cell phone - good thing it wasn't an emergency. 2. I paid $100 for two nights for my two dogs and had to sign a statement that I understood the rules. Apparently, I was the only one who did. Lots of tiny dogs barking whenever I passed by, and there was not one spot of grass on the property that did not have poop o... read more
