Don’t stay here. We had to move bec our room had mold. Then come to find out, our new room is just as filthy. Gross and the area is sketchy. Stay some where else. Not worth the $

Would not recommend Awkward smelly stench was in the room when you first walk in, bed covers felt cheap and nasty. No utensils as advertised, a lot of room noise and foot traffic all night. Phone in the room didn’t work and the heater took forever to warm the room

Homeless are all over, and shattered the rear windshield of the van in the parking lot.

Not a restful stay On arrival we were told our king bed booking room is no longer available. We have two kids so a kong was at least needed. They have us a two full beds and pointing it's hotels.com fault for allowing a reservation on a room that's not available. Even though we booked weeks in advanced. The room smelled of a bad stink. Got the boot on NYE This was one of the worse experiences I've ever had. While traveling to Fairfield, we were about an hour away and I received a call from the hotel. The lady told me that they overbooked and they canceled my reservation... but they could accomodate me at their sister hotel in Vacaville. The purpose of me booking this particular hotel was strictly due to the location, and going to Vacaville was not an option. Giving that it was New Year Eve, I was definitely not pleased.

Gave us dirty room clearly you could see that room was being rented out on hourly basis when we complaint they wanted us to leave the hotel because they were a booked out finally they found another room and then charged us additional fee to stay there

Horrible hotel. Rip off Horrible smell, leaking toilet and fridge. Room not cleaned. Way over priced. A one star hotel at best. Completely false impression on hotels com. Very disappointed.

The location says Napa...1/2 hour from Napa. I did not stay.
