I did this rating yesterday. Not sure why I have to keep repeating myself . I will try to reach "customer care" again today. Not happy. Bed bugs, rude staff and the list goes on...

Don't bother No amenities. No staff to help. Not worth the slightly cheaper price.

Disgusting I usually don't write reviews but felt I needed to after my experience at this hotel. We booked the day of as we were attending a softball tournament and decided to stay the night in the area. Upon arrival and entering the front doors you can smell old cigarette smoke with maybe a hint of marijuana but I continued to check in because we were in a hurry to try to go get dinner with the rest of the team. Regret staying here! Do not recommend this "hotel". Seemed more like a motel or run down apartment. Our room was filthy and run down - stained sheets, dirty carpet that hadn't been vacuumed, bathroom floor was moldy and dusty, mirrors had a weird film on them... A group of men were tailgating outside at midnight and left empty beer cans and boxes in parking lot. There were homeless people wandering around the cars. Piles of used cigarettes were near the entrance and parking lot.

Don't stay here Horrible experience. Would not recommend. There were people in the parking lot partying both nights we stayed. The people staying there appeared to be there as their main home instead of "travelers" the hotel smelled awful. We booked and paid for two nights, after our first night we received a call telling us we had missed our check out time?! Even though we weren't checking out until the next day? The area is very unsafe. Middle of the night I received a creepy phone call from the hotel phone from a man telling me he was coming into my room and when I said no, a minute later a fire alarm was pulled. Obliviously a connection. Hotel told me to keep an eye on my car as they have break-ins often. Overall scary bad experience.

Marijuana hotel The immediate stench of marijuana consumed us the moment we hit the elevator. The third floor was as if a skunk had rented a room. I had my 5 year old with me, and if I hadn't paid in advance I would have left. Jamal was amazing. But air freshener is needed badly. Never again will I stay at an extended stay. But I guess if you're into a smoke fest, it's the place for you!

kids screaming, door opening and closing all hours of the day and into the night. dogs barking. it was not a good experience
