Not happy Not good experience everything is terrible.hotel staff is not helpful . They did not take action immediately . That make our experience worst.

Lousy housekeeping and even worst contenital break The house keeping there is terrible. Barbie pens and hair was every where. When I request for house keeping they never showed. I called front desk at 3 pm told them at 7 I requested and they said I was on the list. WHAT???!! The continental breakfast need not be listed. It's just coffee apples oranges oatmeal hot water and muffins and that is very limited. They do not restock nor have juice or cereal for kids?? Crazy. They need to do more for the hotel price. Only one person on duty during early Friday evening 7 -7:30 checkin. First room had strong cigarette odor. Counter person said no one is supposed to smoke in the rooms... Requested a different room which ended up being right across from maid service station. This room had a used washcloth hanging from the shower curtain rod and a used hand towel laying on the sink. Computer erros The stay started off with the front desk being slow they had a lot of people checking in and one front desk clerk. Saturday was a mess they had assigned my room to another person this person tried to come in my room at 11:00 pm and i was scared because i did not know what was going on. If i didnt have the safety lock on the top of the door hooked he would have came in my room. I had to call hotel .com so that would not put me out my room

Pubiç hair in shower and a urine smelling bed! Upon arrival, My shower was filled with hair and pubiç hair, and a used soap bar. I was beside my self at how dirty it was. Then after cleaning the shower my self. I went to bed laying down there was an intense smell of urine. The bed all over smelled like urine. Absolutely terrible hotel!

Bad experience I booked online a Non-smoking room, and when I arrived the room they gave me smelled like cigarettes, the a/c wasn't working, the kitchen isn't equipped. They changed me to a different room, but my wife and I did not sleep at all. Wouldn't recommend.

ick. Thoroughly unpleasant facility. The room wasn't clean. The furnishings were Rau and stained. The carpeting was trying to escape. Easily the worst accommodations I've ensured since the broke college student days (and that was decades ago). For the price I would expect a clean room with a decent mattress and furniture that doesn't look like someone was murdered on it. Gross.

#1 rated on trip advisor? really???? Spent one night. Night manager was nice but rather incompetent. Room was clean but really old and run down. Would not stay here again.

Not worth the price When I purchased this suite, I was expecting much more, espeically with the nightly rate they chanrged. The room was small, the furniture was old, and the TV had it's issues. I certainly would not have wanted to stay here for longer then the 1 night I was there.
