When I got to the hotel it was no room available for me . Very disappointed ☹️

Expedia booked this hotel and charged my card and I showed up and the staff rudely told me that there hasn’t been a vacant room for days. As of today they still have my money and charges for a room I ever saw. Terrible service from Expedia and Extended Stay.
Quite a Disappointment From the outset, I suspected the stay would be a pleasant one. The customer service rep, a young man in his 20's, was warm and accommodating and represented the establishment quite well. However, once I checked into the room, I quickly realized I'd made a mistake. The hotel has a clear "no smoking policy" but the room was aghast in smoke residue. Terrible All I can say is this is an old smelly carpet stained hotel. The women from hotel .com said it is nice and they have breakfast that’s a laugh Breakfast was muffins packaged and a few nut bars and coffee with no greasy milk.

Room for improvement. My stay was rated fairly. The room smelled of heavy cigarette smoke and there was no other available room for me to be moved to. The heating didn’t work. I told the front desk rep that is wasn’t working and she told me it didn’t mater because it was going to be 80 degrees the following day. Not as good as the others The furniture was filthy, the towels need to be thrown out and new ones ordered. They dont even get white anymore. Same for the stained comforter. The shower was filthy still with the previous persons hair as well as the bathroom sink.

Wrong description on Expedia website I picked the Hotel paying extra for continental breakfast. I didn’t know in this case it means tea and coffee only . Even milk was a problem and I had to buy my coffee and breakfast in Starbucks. I wanted safe time on my trip back home from Florida to NJ. I did not! No Frills here for Sure This hotel is intended for people who want some place to stay for a week and are willing to bring everything thing they need with them. This is the first place I have ever stayed that doesn't even have in room coffee. When I returned to my room at the end of the day nothing had been touched.
